Where We Deliver

ELAYT delivers to all seven emirates of the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We do not ship outside the UAE at this time.

Delivery Charge

A flat delivery charge of AED 20 applies to every order, anywhere in the UAE. There are no hidden or additional handling fees.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 2-3 days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and our courier will call the mobile number you provided at checkout before arriving.

Packaging

Every lamp is packed in protective padding designed for 3D printed items. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it.

Incorrect Address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will update it before dispatch.
