Refund Policy

At ELAYT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Ready-Stock Items

If you receive a ready-stock item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@elayt.ae with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-order products are manufactured specifically for you and are non-returnable, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect. We encourage you to review all product specifications, dimensions, and finishes carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations on made-to-order items may not be accepted as production may have already commenced.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Delivery Damage

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If items arrive visibly damaged, note this with the delivery team and contact us immediately. We cannot accept claims for delivery damage reported more than 48 hours after receipt.
